Chef Samantha Teague (just call her Sam!) was professionally trained in the culinary arts at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. She also received her Wine Knowledge Certificate from Ballymaloe.
She started her culinary interests in Arlington, TX as an expediter at an Italian restaurant. From there she became a sushi chef until she went to culinary school. Since then she has worked as the day manager at a sports pub, where she helped her employer in creating their menu.
During these years she found time to travel across the U.S. as well as England, France, Mexico and Micronesia. She is always in search of adventure and that next great food find! Now she has settled down in Plano, TX with her family, and is focusing on her career as a personal chef.
